Inde Dhaga is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra

Yes, we have our first store in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We have been online and we can courier to all locations across India and around the world. We source original handloom sarees and other products directly from weavers / weaving societies / designers all over India. What you see on Inde Dhaga comes to us from over 20 locations in India.

You can visit our store in Mumbai, from Monday to Saturday 11.30 am to 7.30 pm.

Yes, you may get all the products available on our website in the store.

Yes, we do accept card payments at our store .

You can locate our office through Google Maps, by entering Inde Dhaga in the search bar.

Yes you can buy fabrics from us. You can either place your order on the website or send us a request on any social media platform/ email or on WhatsApp and we will show you irresistible options to choose from. After your selection, we will share the link for the purchase.

Get in touch with us through indedhaga@gmail.com and we will be happy to gift wrap your product, add a personalized note (incase you need one) and route the gift to recipient's address!

All promotional codes are for one time use only. The same is non-refundable or cannot be en-cashed incase of an exchange or a return.

Shipping

FREE SHIPPING for all domestic orders. Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during check out depending on the order value, location and dimensions of your order.

Yes. We ship to over 30 countries internationally.
US, Canada. UK, EU countries. UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Saudi, other Gulf countries.
South Africa. Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand and many more.

Customs duties or import taxes will be payable by customer as per prevailing local laws of the country and region of port of entry. For more details, you can chat with our customer service associates online.

We ship our products through leading Indian and International couriers. Parcels are packed with top quality packaging material and tamper proof outer covers. Our courier consignments are also fully insured so no worries. You can rest assured that your parcel will arrive safe & secure.

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours unless otherwise specified in the product details. Customized Products (with fall pico) are dispatched in 3-5 business days.
It takes 1-7 days for the order to reach your location after the dispatch. In Metro cities, normally the package gets delivered within 4-5days.
*Exceptions can be during peak festive season or restricted/remote locations.
For international destinations, how long will it take to reach me after you ship?

For most locations within India our shipments reach in 4 to 7 business days.

Products stored in our Mumbai warehouses are shipped in 7 days. Some products have to come in from respective weaving center so it takes additional time. Also products that need tailoring services like Fall & Pico take additional time. Check with online customer service staff for estimated shipping times.

In case the ordered items do not reach the customer within 30 days from the shipping date from our warehouse, we will offer a full refund, provided any tracking information does not show that delivery was attempted at the customer doorstep. However, in the case of packages for which we do not have tracking details, we will assume in good faith that the package delivery was not attempted and we will refund the entire amount within 7 days from the date of raising a complaint with us.

Payments

We accept a wide range of Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit cards from ICICI, Axis, HDFC, SBI and Bank / NEFT transfers. Also UPI based like G pay, Phone Pe, PayTM etc

There are no hidden charges. The prices shown against each product are the final prices inclusive of GST and you wouldn’t be asked to pay any more than that.

Yes. We accept COD orders for most Pin Codes in India. But all COD orders will be charged an extra Rs.100 over and above the order value.
COD is not available for International orders

Few places are not covered for COD by our delivery partners. Any inconvenience you face is regretted. This issue might also occur if the cash amount payable at the time of delivery exceeds a certain limit which is decided by our courier partners. We would suggest to make the payment through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.

No, our courier person will hand over the package to you to open only once the payment has been made.

We accept a wide range of international credit cards - Visa, Master, Amex, PayPal, Discover. Also international bank/wire transfers. If you have an operational Indian bank account you could also do a bank to bank transfer to our account.

It’s not possible as its against Indian regulations / RBI guidelines.

Two Coupon codes cannot be clubbed together.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Inde Dhaga practices a simple and hassle-free Exchange & Return Policy. Customers have to raise a Return Request via the account login or by emailing us. However, we would also be happy to exchange your product for a different product or offer Store Credits.
No Returns or Exchanges would be acceptable if the return request is not raised within 5 days of receiving the product.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SALE OR CUSTOMISED MERCHANDISE AND ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY ON FABRICS WHICH ARE CUT AS PER YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

If unfortunately you have to return or exchange an order, please do so within 5 days of delivery through the account login page or by emailing us on indedhaga@gmail.com
No return or exchange request would be accepted if the request is raised after 5 days.

•For any return request, send us an email return request on indedhaga@gmail.com with the following details:
1.Order Number
2.Product Code
3.Reason for returning the product
4.Photo of the product which you intend to return back to us
5.Returns cannot be initiated for the sarees where Fall & Edging has been done and for fabrics ordered.
•We accept returns within 5 working days with the original packaging and invoice copy.

If you have received a defective or wrong product, it will be eligible for replacement. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We may request you to send us a snapshot of the defect at on indedhaga@gmail.com

Once we have initiated the process for a pick-up, our logistic partners will pick up the product from your doorstep. It takes us a minimum of 5-7 days to get the shipment picked up. Please keep the items with original packaging and tags intact. The pick-up boy would come check and pack the product along with the label.

When the below-mentioned points are not fulfilled, returns or exchanges are not possible.
1. The return needs to be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery received.
2. Item(s) of the order should not be used or damaged.
3. Tags and packaging of the items should be intact and not removed.
4. If the product is customized on your request.
5. Fabrics once cut, are not eligible for Returns/Exchange as the fabrics will be cut as per your requirements as we will not be able to accept the same back.
6. If the product is on markdown, No exchange or return is accepted.

Refund will be processed within 7-10 working days, after we have received your product in our warehouse after deducting the shipping charges.

We have logistic partners who would pick up the product from your doorstep and return it back to us. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area. If you choose to self-ship the products, kindly address the package to the below-mentioned address.

Online Payment: For Orders placed through Online Payment/ Cards /Wallet will be refunded in the bank account. The refunds will happen within 7-8 days of items being received at the warehouse. It typically takes 5-7 business days for refunds to reflect into your account which is completely dependent on your bank. Once you opt for credit note you cannot en-cash it later. Offline Payment: The payments that are done COD, refund will be done in your respective bank accounts. The refunds will happen within 7-8 days of items being received at the warehouse.

1) The Store Credit will have 12 months of Validity from the date of creation.
2) The Store Credit has to be used in one Go for the order .
3) You have to apply the store credit on the checkout page.
4) Once opted for the Store Credit you cannot opt for REFUND

The return shipment is usually picked up within a 3-5 days from the time the reverse pick up has been arranged. You would be notified on the day of pick up. Incase of any delay in pick ups, our team will get in touch with you.
