We generally dispatch orders within 24-48 hours during working days unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
Shipping within India is FREE.
All COD orders will be extra Rs.100 over and above the order value.
Customized Products (with fall pico) are dispatched in 3-5 business days.
Deliveries are dependent upon shipping partners & the location of the delivery thereon. It takes between 1-7 days to reach a customer's location after dispatch.
In Metro cities normally the package gets delivered within 4-5 days.

International Shipping
All Orders accepted for international addresses are Pre-Paid only.
Shipping charges for our international locations will be calculated during checkout depending on the order value. Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer.
Orders are shipped within 7-8 working days. Unless otherwise explicitly mentioned in the product details.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

Refund & Exchange (International Orders)
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped. Once shipped, no refund can be processed.
If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount after deducting transaction charges.
We unfortunately do not have any return exchange policy for international customers.
